.NOW...
Snowfall rates up to an inch an hour are possible through the next
few hours. The snowfall rates could increase to 2 inches per hour at times as well, especially after 11 pm. Hazardous travel is
expected as roads will be snow covered with poor visibilities. Use extra caution if you plan to travel tonight. A winter storm
warning remains in effect until 7 am Monday.

anyone have an estimate for what time the rain will changeover to snow?

Monmouth County looks to change back to snow around 12 or 1am on the HRRR

02z HRRR is sick. The NYC metro doesn’t mix whatsoever with 0.75” additional LE.

Also, these soundings continue to look insane. That’s a 2”+/hr look.

There seems to be more mid level warmth then the models are seeing tho.

If I were in the city.. I’d be concerned. Warm nosebleed over performed down here in SEPA. Even the “jackpot” areas on models are switching to sleet.

Good luck!

6" on the dot and still dumping. It's been 1" hour rates almost the entire storm. Trees are getting weighed down.
