Well, in that case, I'll just report these here. I hope @ru848789 doesn't get upset with me. :(

I may have to report you to the admins - oh wait, you're an admin - actually, you're a "super admin" and co-founder, so my guess is my pleas would fall on deaf ears.  Maybe I'll convince allsnow to ban you, lol. In all seriousness, I wasn't "upset" at posting these last night at all (I'm very libertarian on message boards) - they're fun to look at - I just think people should be a little careful putting any faith in them - maybe they need warnings on them like cigarettes.  Carry on.

I'm @SebagoWx I'm the resident warmth lover and rather a tropical beach instead of sNOw but this is a pretty nice place for all who love weather. Even if you prefer a thunderstorm instead of thundersnow :)

Can I get some damn snow this weekend or what. Someone will that low closer to the Delmarva coast and throw some love back towards I-95.

Thanks in advanced.

This is pretty fun to look at, regardless of outcome.

I know I spoke extensively about what John said about the positive vorticity advection being a big problem (and it still is), but we can see how much of that gets alleviated once we get the first piece out of the way, and the 2nd piece amplifies on its own. It's its own entity now, and there's not nearly as much vorticity out ahead, but now plenty of vorticity at the base of the trough, so there is enough net change in vorticity to generate a good coastal snowstorm.

Don't want to clutter up the LR thread too much with fantasy NAM tidbits... But at face value, even without a good phase, that closed ULL over Michigan argues for track closer to the coast. Let's see what the globals look like at 12z.
